Motion to Suppress, Granted!

January 25, 2018

Motion to Suppress, Granted! Congratulations Attorneys Carroll and Fredrickson. Our client was charged in Calumet County Circuit Court with Possession with Intent to Deliver >200-1000 grams of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a drug trafficking house and obstructing an officer. After a careful review of the case Attorneys Carroll and Fredrickson motioned the Court for suppression due to a violation of the 4th Amendment. After several hearings, testimony was elicited displaying a clear violation of policy by the responding officers. The Court has now issued its decision, SUPPRESSING all evidence obtained following the unlawful entry into the home this evidence will now be excluded from trial. Great result Attorneys Carroll and Fredrickson.
