Jury Trial - Not Guilty

State of Wisconsin vs. AS

Our client, a college student with a bright future ahead of her until she was charged with felony battery to Law Enforcement Officer, and Resisting/Obstructing an Officer.  When she came to us she was extremely apprehensive about the long-term effects of a felony conviction, and the potential for jail or prison. Yesterday, Attorney Carroll and Attorney Fredrickson brought this case to a Jury Trial.  After a full day of litigation the jury went out at 7:30 p.m., and returned an hour later with acquittals on charges of Felony Battery to Law Enforcement Officer, and Misdemeanor Resisting an Officer.

Remarkable Result Attorney Carroll and Attorney Fredrickson.
